If you choose to pay by bank transfer, once you have placed your order, you will automatically receive an email confirmation with the bank details of Gioielleria Cosimo Caruso, after which the products will be put aside until the money is transferred to our account. You are required to send a copy of the payment via FAX or via email within 48 hours after receiving the order confirmation.
If Gioielleria Cosimo Caruso does not receive a copy of the payment within this time frame, the order will be cancelled.
We will ship your order when the money is transferred to our bank account and as soon as the products are available in our warehouse
If you choose to pay with PayPal, you can use your Paypal account to make your purchase. La Gioielleria Cosimo Caruso is entitled to ship the products only to the address indicated on the Paypal account.
Deliveries to Italy, San Marino and Vatican City are made by insured DHL courier and are not free, they have a variable cost in relation to the rate imposed by Poste Italiane (Italian postage).
As required by trade law, all deliveries made by Cosimo Caruso Jewellery are accompanied by an official receipt stating the value of the individual items in Euros.
The products are shipped by Cosimo Caruso Jewellery, in Naples, from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:30. Orders placed at the weekend will be processed from the following Monday morning.
Cosimo Caruso Jewellery ship their products all over Italy with DHL.
Estimated time for delivery from shipping date:
Italy: 1 day for the main destinations / 2-3 days for remote destinations.
Products that are already available are shipped on the first working day after the one when the order is placed.
Cosimo Caruso Jewellery is entitled to postpone the delivery date if events of force majeure occur.
Pre-ordered products are shipped as soon as they’re available.
Receiving the products
In order to secure your products during the shipment, the shipper requests the signature of the consignee for receiving their order at the time of delivery. If this is not possible, the products will not be delivered.
If the package has some imperfections at the time of delivery, the customer must open it in the presence of the carrier.
We recommend checking that the products are in good condition, the number of packages delivered corresponds to the one indicated in the order and the packaging is intact, not damaged or otherwise altered at the time of delivery. Any anomaly must be written on the carrier’s delivery note.
Any problem in the delivery must be promptly reported to our Customer Service and in any case within 30 calendar days from the order confirmation.
Returns and exchanges
If you are not happy with the products, you can ask for a return or change.
Products must be returned within 8 working days to the location indicated in the Contacts section.
Returns made after this time frame can only be accepted at the discretion of Cosimo Caruso Jewellery. If you want to carry out the return procedure, you need to send an e-mail to email@example.com
To make the return, wait for Cosimo Caruso Jewellery’s authorization. It’s important you provide a phone number at the time of purchase, as Cosimo Caruso Jewellery will book the collection at the delivery address and contact the courier in charge. The e-mail with the return authorization must be included in the package.
Unauthorized returns are not accepted. The return is accepted only if the procedure indicated in this paragraph is followed.
Products must be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during the shipping. The return of the product involves the user paying shipping costs.
Cosimo Caruso Jewellery will send an e-mail confirming that the product was returned and the replacement procedure was activated.
Conditions to which the Right of Withdrawal is subject:
a) The purchased product must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including any documentation, accessory equipment and manuals). If needed, the original package can be put inside another package. Do not place any label on the original package.
b) The shipping of the product is under the full responsibility of the Customer until Cosimo Caruso Jewellery confirms it’s been successfully delivered.
Methods of reimbursement in case of returns
Within 30 working days after receiving the product back, Cosimo Caruso Jewellery will give the Customer the credit note of the amount corresponding to the value of the goods resulting from the invoice. Shipping costs will not be included in the abovementioned amount, in accordance with art. 67, par. 3 and 4 of the Legislative Decree no. 206 of 06/09/2005.
When does the Right of Withdrawal or Exchange lapse?
The Right of Withdrawal lapses when the product is not intact and Cosimo Caruso Jewellery confirms that:
a) The product is damaged
b) The product has been used (even partially)
c) The original packaging is missing
d) Important elements of the product are missing.
